When I pause to look out my window and see the beautiful clouds You made, off in the distance, I think of You. When I see the multitude of trees and flowers, my soul is refreshed by Your creation.
My love for You is rejuvenated when I see Your marvelous creatures gliding across the sky with their wings outstretched, floating along on Your reassurance of safekeeping.
Isn't It Wonderful To Trust The Lord?
Faith & trust in God gives you a feeling of rest of body, peace of mind, contentment of heart & spiritual well-being. When you know that God loves you, you know everything is going to be okay, including His taking care of everything! Then you have peace of mind & you can just rest in the Lord.
But worry can kill you! The Bible tells us, "Fear hath torment." (1Jn.4:18) How true! Fear is the killer! You can worry yourself sick, worry yourself to death! This is why faith in Christ & His Word is the greatest cure that you could possibly have. Faith is the opposite of fear, & when you have faith, you cannot fear. You either have one or the other. If fear displaces faith, then you've got problems. But if you cling to the Lord & His Word, & replace fear with faith, then you've got solutions! So rest your case with Him--He never fails, & if you truly trust Him, He'll see you through.
Help us not to worry, Lord, because we trust You, & we keep our minds stayed on You, & You keep us in perfect peace. (Isa.26:3) We know You're going to handle everything, Lord, & You know what's best to do, & we know that You're in control.

Reflections: Easter gives us hope
Because Jesus was not claimed by death, not left in Hell, we also can escape death, and the awful feeling that we've done too many bad things, that there's no way things can now turn out good for us. In a word, Easter gives us hope.
We can fly like a beautiful eagle or a peaceful dove, arching high over the confines of life and our own selves. We can leave behind the torture of our own failures, our own inadequacies, all that's within us that holds us back. We can soar into the dreams of our hearts, making reality out of what some call illusion. We can aim for Heaven's goals and, with God's help, make it to heights unknown.
Because of Easter, the hope of man is no longer limited to the realm of human possibility. Jesus died and then rose from the dead, so anything that He can do is now possible for us, too. We only have to look into His eyes and believe, and the miracle of Easter can be ours too. --Karen Bradford

The miracle of Easter is that because Jesus didn't remain in the grave, we don't have to either! We don't have to suffer death, the payment for our sins in Hell, or eternal separation from God. God Will Give You The Spiritual Solutions While You're Alone With Him, That Will Just Make The Mountains Of Your Problems Melt Away!
You will get a lot more done for the Lord if you will simply spend more time in prayer, alone with God. Unless you get quiet & try to seek the Lord, how are you ever going to get anything from the Lord? You will get more from the Lord alone & quiet than any other way.--Because He can talk to you alone, & you can give Him your full attention & the reverence due Him! Even Jesus had to get up at the break of day before His disciples, & walk out across the hills or up in the mountain to get alone with God & hear from His Father.
You're going to have to get quiet by yourself--somewhere, somehow, sometime--if you're going to hear from the Lord! You've got to know you can't solve your problems in your own strength, & be desperate for God's solutions, & stop everything else, & listen!--So help us, Jesus, to remember that we can't go on without the Heavenly vision that You give. We all need more quiet time alone with Thee, to rest & nestle in Thy arms & be refreshed & re-strengthened by Thy Spirit, to just have Thee alone to think about & pray about, & to get close to Thee without any other distractions. Thank You Jesus!

The happiness of the spirit is far above the happiness of the flesh, for the happiness of the spirit is something you will always have with you. It is something that will never end. The loneliest nights or the darkest clouds can’t take it away from you.
The happiness of the flesh is temporal and a fleeting feeling.—It comes and goes with your mood, with your surroundings, with the physical things that you see, touch and feel. But the happiness of the spirit comes from knowing that I am your Savior, and that I care.
The happiness that I give is as constant as the sun. When the sun sets at night and disappears beneath the horizon, do you worry that it has left forever? Do you say to another, “There is no more sun in our lives”? No, it is constant, always there. Though the night comes and you cannot see it, you never doubt its existence, nor that it will rise the next morning. So is the happiness of spirit—though ever-present, the night comes and you lose sight of it. That is the time to trust and rest until morning, until it comes into sight again.

I praise the power of Your Spirit. I praise You when my hands are lifted up. I praise You by calling on Your name. I praise You when I say Your name—Jesus.
I praise You by asking You to use me in spite of my weakness. Use me as I am for Your glory. Make even my faults and shortcomings magnify how great You are, because You can use a nothing like me. What greater testimony is there to show how powerful You are, Jesus, than that You can use not only me, but even the rocks and the dust to praise Your name? All Your creation proves Your existence and proclaims how great and wonderful You are.
Your love proves Your existence. Your love that stoops to save, to heal, to touch us, to forgive us, proves how great You are. It glorifies Your existence both to those who know You and to those who don't know You.
